We shall shorten the title .. yet we shall just as well “dance all our way to Haifa” on July 2nd 2012 to present our contribution:

Healthcare Decision-making: the generative dance between chaos and control at the point of care for the complex-patient

A city that welcomes you with a homely atmosphere, the landmarks of giants that lived and created there, the memory of writers’ work in gardens, streets  - the grandeur of mans’ work. Moving  memorial site at the midst of crossing two bridges – one of which is the lovers’-lockers bridge on the way from Notre-Dam to ile st. Louis.

Busy waitress serving awesome dishes and yet smiling at you, gallant knights popping out of as-if-nowhere, and simple delights such as ice-cream, crepe and hot wine.

Children, lovers, tourists, students, French people, Life.

A photo taken the recent week.  The scene might look empty but it is not – not if you bring with you the descriptions from the literature. Just imagine what you can thus listen to.

My GrandMother (Hanna Goldrei-Carlebah) used to like this kind of cake; eat, not bake.

I tried it several years ago and now again. I start with the preperation of the coated peels since I use quite a few fruits and it takes some time.

Keeping these in the fridge, allows me to do the cake ‘spontaneously’.

A photo of the cake is on the previous post. What you see here is an example muffin (as the cake) and home-made marmalade  made of little oranges – KumKvat.

Of the marmalades I also prepare it of little lemons – the ones used for preparign Limonchelo.

For the Marmalade I use fruit- and brown sugar, some Agava syrup too.

Since the recipe is an altered combination of two publications (Aharoni, mainly and a paper extracted idea – the sower cream) it is written here for you to us.

Recipe

3/4 cup of Demrara (light brown) sugar)

4 eggs

2 cups of baking flour (no tricks of healthy, full or else..)

100 grams melted butter

3/4 glass of orange juice

3/4 cup of sower cream

200 grams (approx.) coated peels.

Add the sugar and the eggs follow with flour and butter (in the mixer). Then add the juice and the cream (not in the mixer).

Add the coated – candied peels. I used about 200 grams (yes indeed) of home made of: orange, red grapefruit, and pomela peels.

I chop them and cook them for some time in sugar  syrup (brown and light brown).

Serve with love .. Enjoy!

Happy New Year, Happy holidays & Happy everyday..
